Sevenling “This Article Has Multiple Issues”
SEVENLING “THIS ARTICLE HAS MULTIPLE ISSUES”
“This article has multiple issues,” quoth Wikipedia.
“Needs attention from an expert on the subject …
May not adequately summarize key points of its contents.”
“This article needs additional citations for verification.”
“This article is an orphan … mysterious, offbeat or disturbing
Giving a feeling that only part of the story is being told.”
As I suspected, Wikipedia and my therapist follow my blog.

My therapist knows a great deal about my blog esp. the novel, poems & painting. Cool. I had a psychiatrist who secretly followed my blog a while back & a spy for a former therapist reporting back to them what I was writing about them. Paranoid much. Of course, I was writing about them spying on me. Upfront is one thing but pretending truth is false is another. Cool. 😉 Jenny

Of course I have never amassed enough trust to confide in a “therapist”, when truth is at best a conjecture anyway. I write poetry and claim poetic licence. One thing I envy Madison is her relative innocence. Discussions on plot and dialogue would probably occupy us for weeks at least and perhaps ultimately defy resolution, though hopefully we might emerge still friends.

We would still be friends no matter the debate I am sure. As to Madison, she is too trusting & innocent to an enth degree. She only knew love from one person when she was a child, the rest was torture, yet thru her therapy she was able to maintain a certain amount of childlike innocence and still be aware of the world in an excited opened eye way to see newness rather than dreck & beauty rather than decay. Therapist can more times than not screw one over but I have been fortunate to find some sparkling diamonds and some duds. Presently, I have found the best GEM of a therapist who is so supportive and real. And does not demand me “to toe the line.” I hate that term. We should talk sometime. 🙂 Jenny

Thank you. Multiple issues indeed. 🙂 But I don’t really have a therapist; just poetic licence running a muck. The sevenling seemed an interesting vehicle.

I had never come across this poetic form until I read this

and decided to investigate and have a go. 🙂

May I hasten to point out that the therapist is quite fictional. 🙂 I just wanted to see whether I could construct a sevenling of my own.

I did previously see your other comment above that you don’t actually have a therapist – but nonetheless appreciated the poem. 🙂
BTW, I hadn’t heard of a “sevenling” before – will read the Wikipedia article. Thanks for including that link!

Without having read the Wiki article I suspect the poem might be much more difficult to “get” so my therapist suggested I should enclose a link. 😉
