Our Best (26a)
OUR BEST
We struggle
Gamely, unobserved
Not often
Successful
Still there’s always tomorrow
Until there isn’t

Fairy Story (2a)
FAIRY STORY
Let’s beware
Of obsessiveness
A danger
After all
We might become bewitched and
Go on forever

Not The Real Thing
NOT THE REAL THING
Fearful egoistical manifestation
Engenders armorial inflation
Leads to superfluous titivation
Over time astute observation
Advises timely disintegration
For eventual emancipation
The Truth Of It
THE TRUTH OF IT
Yes it may be that as we become more self-aware
We are not comfortable with what we discover
There is a temptation to deceive ourselves
This is not the way forward however
You are what you are and no more
Than a fractal of – let’s call it It
For as “It” is more than “I”
Just so any I is no more than It
Oh how can words tell the truth of It?
A paradox the truth: the It
A paradox the truth: the whole It
A paradox the truth: and nothing but the It
Equality

EQUALITY
Shake your brother awake
If he is still asleep
And if your sister is still asleep
Then waken her more gently
For her’s is not a dream
But a foul nightmare
