Come Back. Over.
COME BACK. OVER.
Who cared? Who cares?
Who learned? Who learns?
Who fails to learn
who cares who fails
to learn this far down
their very own rabbit hole?
Grubby weathered report
holed up in a cornered pocket.
Darkness. Silence. Stillness.
Out of echoes of memory.
Send me some fresh news.
Come back. Over.
Repeat: send memories of echo.
Come back. Over.
Remember that day
we swore to bring down
the house?
Simply Candles We: Shadorma
SIMPLY CANDLES WE
Each day … Love
Light shines as we shine
All is one
All is One
Our sharing is our caring
Candles in darkness
My One Valentine
MY ONE VALENTINE
Poetic words then these
An arrow sent to pierce
Through all of this armour
Fear in our ignorance
Has hammered into place
Weavers We (A poem)
WEAVERS
The past casts shadows over the present
Just as the present casts shadows over the future
Everything in the one tapestry is interwoven
The wise weaver will bear this fact in mind
And so avoid the trap of uncaring isolation
Take Your Partner (27b)
TAKE YOUR PARTNER
Let us dance
Woman to woman
Will you lead
Or shall I?
We’ll brave their less than pure jibes
Tend one another

Open Ended
OPEN ENDED
You are invited to take the air
On wings for too long trussed
(Not the best sort of trust)
So switch craving to braving
Half the sky is already yours
The other half yours to explore
Pastoral Care And Wisdom
PASTORAL CARE AND WISDOM
See them let loose from their pen
To roam the trackless moors again
Beneath his sharp and watchful eyes
As are also the overarching skies
Especially at the break and close of days
Intent on not the hour but these slanted rays
Unlike the townsmen shackled fast to time
But heedful of the weather-lore rhyme
Red sky at night
Shepherd’s delight
Red sky in the morning
Shepherd’s warning
Happy Ending (A Sept)
HAPPY ENDING
Hush
Dear one
Dry those eyes
Ugly ducklings
Turn into
Graceful
Swans
