I’m not pessimistic either, Ben (though guess my comment sounds that way). It seems humanity goes through cycles, sometimes spiraling upwards and sometimes falling backwards into inertia and complacency. Difficult times tend to either wake us up or cause us to bury our heads in the sand. Guess it’s all about being motivated to discern the truth… (…sigh….) not always easy. But we keep on keepin’ on. ๐
