No Ill Wind: Tanka

NO ILL WIND

I feel gratitude
For all of those who loved me
Also those who spurned
For though painful it taught me
The foolishness of craving

About Ben Naga

The Spirit that graces me with its passing has no name and stems not from thoughts and words, though it gathers them up as it flows, but from feeling.

  1. Yes we have to remember both sides of the coin are there to teach us via our experiences.. For it was only through some of my more negative experiences, I pulled myself up out of the deep well of depression I had sunk into.. Which showed me I was worthy of much more ๐Ÿ™‚

Have a wonderful rest of the Week Ben.. May the breezes you encounter be light and guide you in the direction needed..
    Much love
