Comments Are Us

It is believed by many
The world was created
By a god or a goddess
And we hir creatures
One hand, many fingers

Or maybe two hands
With the one full of light
The other full of darkness
Most of the time it seems
We individuals are hybrids

Putting ever busy hands to
Every last thing imaginable
Building and then destroying
Drowning in our own opinions
Is is what is – Comments are us

About Ben Naga

The Spirit that graces me with its passing has no name and stems not from thoughts and words, though it gathers them up as it flows, but from feeling.

  1. Drowning in our own opinions – kicking and splashing as we go down!
My goal is to keep surfacing for air of possibilities-beyond-opinions – it can be a challenge with so many kickers and splashers all around … good to have poems like this in reach. Thanks.
