Where Can I Complain?

Oh for the writer
To conjure up
Some other

But soft
What news?

A discovering
Within the glass
Behind the dramaturge

The true playwright
Turns out to be

None other than

Time’s come
To take the reins
And some responsibility
For time’s come

About Ben Naga

The Spirit that graces me with its passing has no name and stems not from thoughts and words, though it gathers them up as it flows, but from feeling.

  1. As in, we create our own reality? 🙂

    • That’s how I interpreted it, Betty.

      • Thanks for the link, Ben. I had subscribed and read it previously and wasn’t totally in sync with his thoughts this time. Guess I have my own conceptions on the subject, (not Buddhist) though I did think it an interesting essay! 🙂

      • “Guess I have my own conceptions on the subject”

        And quite right too. 🙂

      • Not quite on the subject of a creator, but have you ever run across”The Gospel of Mary Magdalene” by Jean-Yves Leloup? I totally love this book…. There’s a phrase – “…the Deus Absconditus” – “….the purely immaterial, divine world of the clear light” and the “awakening of the nous”. Just curious if you might resonate. 🙂

      • No, I haven’t come across that particular book, but have read around in that area. I have for many years had an interest in the “alternative” Christian sects/religions/belief systems: Cathars, Agnostics etc, as well as the Dead Sea Scrolls. In my late teens I began studies to become a (Methodist) ley preacher, but my beliefs and experiences brought me to a point where I felt I needed to resign. I did not wish to be preaching from a position I could not embrace 100% wholeheartedly. For many years I viewed myself as not leaving the church but rather building on a few extensions. I have a more fluid image of my belief system these days.

Further off subject could you please confirm for me, by e-mail, your postal address, as I have something I wish to send you.

“the Deus Absconditus” I have enough memory of my Latin to understand the meaning of this. It is a not completely unfamiliar idea.

      • Yes, will email you, Ben.
And, parallel spiritual paradigm track here, which I know we’ve discussed in the past (partially). I don’t like labels either. 🙂
