Dangly Bits And Traps

DANGLY BITS AND TRAPS

Then again
From a Zen
Or Dzogchen
Viewpoint – or Tao
Relax back into Now
Return – Release
Thought destroys Peace
Breeds Illusion
Confusion
All is One
With no one
Real to worry
To fret or hurry
From here to there
Be more than Aware
Ending up being less
And breathless
Breathe in – Breathe out
No mind what it’s all about

About Ben Naga

The Spirit that graces me with its passing has no name and stems not from thoughts and words, though it gathers them up as it flows, but from feeling.

  1. Yeah, I like this, but I need you to explain it for me!

  2. Perhaps someday we can learn to fuse thought and no thought. ☯️ Awareness of thought, with detachment, (via meditation?) gives us a taste of that. Perhaps. Just musing once again, my friend. 🙂
