So true. All our experiences and how we react to them make up who we are, for better or worse, like the branches of a tree or forks in the road. We become what we choose to become, albeit unknowingly. Consequences. Some of us rush blindly through life and only as we mature do we begin to understand.

Thus the goal is to replace our unknowingness with awareness and acting accordingly.
With hindsight we should become more aware, but sometimes life leads us onwards and we can’t find the brakes until it’s too late.
Too late to change the past, yes, but not the present and so the future. 🙂 Wishing you the finest of 2017s, Denise,
