So Be It

SO BE IT

Until we have learned how
To love and respect ourselves
We are simply playing at
Loving or respecting
Anyone else at all

And if this requires us
To struggle through hell
As may well be the case
Before we can return
Healed, strengthened

Then so be it

About Ben Naga

The Spirit that graces me with its passing has no name and stems not from thoughts and words, though it gathers them up as it flows, but from feeling.

  4. Amen. Nothing is more true (and often there’s nothing more difficult). It’s nice to finally be catching up a bit with you, Ben.
