The Truth Of It

THE TRUTH OF IT

Yes it may be that as we become more self-aware
We are not comfortable with what we discover
There is a temptation to deceive ourselves

This is not the way forward however
You are what you are and no more
Than a fractal of – let’s call it It

For as “It” is more than “I”
Just so any I is no more than It
Oh how can words tell the truth of It?

A paradox the truth: the It
A paradox the truth: the whole It
A paradox the truth: and nothing but the It

  1. Nice play with words. The rhythm is great too.

  2. Dancing like crazy in the throes of the philosophy of “I” and “it” and the rapier of wordplay. Ah.
