The Secret Keeper has invited me to participate in The 3 Days, 3 Quotes Challenge. You will discover a vast range of interesting reading, viewing and listening. Think, feel and even respond with creativity of your own.

The rules for the 3-Days, 3-Quotes Challenge are:

…..1. Thank the person who nominated you. (See above. 🙂 )

…..2. Post one fresh quotation on three consecutive days.

…..3. On each of the three days, nominate three folk who have not yet taken part to continue the challenge.

Today’s Quotation

“Tao is unity. Love is an expression of its unifying power. Because they aren’t full of themselves, the Taoist sages have space in their hearts for all beings. They understand that we are all manifestations of the one Universal Self and that being loving is not morally good or altruistic. It is simply the obvious thing to do. Compassion is a natural expression of our innate goodness. It is our greatest strength which can eventually overcome all obstacles just as soft water gradually wears away the hardest rocks. By treating the unkind with compassion, rather than bitterness and resentment, we put an end to the cycle of selfishness. We become a living testimony to the reality of Tao in which we are all kindred.”

– Timothy Freke.
