Bear With Me

Small Bear 01

This bear was made by my dear wife. To give you an idea of the size the coin is 22.5 mm across. Today is our anniversary. It is always good to have something to liven up those few days of limbo in between Christmas and New Year.

  2. Wishing you and your wife, a beautiful and joyous wedding anniversary, Ben, with many more precious years to arrive.

That little, teeny weeny bear is so very cute. She is very nimble with her crafting and stitching indeed.

It’s not easy to sew something this small. She must love you very much.

May you both enjoy more precious moments on your very special day. Namaste

    • Thank you, Agnes. That is our plan. 🙂

“It’s not easy to sew something this small. She must love you very much. ”

Perhaps the the most appropriate word is ‘long-suffering”. (Hence “Bear with me.”)

  6. Beautiful work!! I’ll have a look at her other things.
My mother sewed all kinds of stuffed animals for me and my sister when we were small and I remember loving them more than anything bought.

  9. Ah, how wee things can expand into meanings that are larger than the universe we live in day to day while still being wee. Happy anniversary!
