Hypomania Begone

HYPOMANIA BEGONE

Having looked into this discerned
That while thoughts and feeling
Flip-flop and grab at the wheel
Mind is constant and simply watchful
And identification with mind
Rather than thoughts and feelings
Has given great relief

  1. Mind is where the center of the infinite is centered within you. All the rest are illusions we need to grasp a hold of reality. It gives us senses of sanity inside the madness of intangible matter we never have been able to see but think we can. It is sometimes necessary not to see the reality but to join with the serenity of the cosmos.
