Great Truths

The greatest Truths
Are those which

When you realise them
Your view of the world
Is totally transformed

And you ask yourself how
Given so obvious they are
You never saw them before

About Ben Naga

The Spirit that graces me with its passing has no name and stems not from thoughts and words, though it gathers them up as it flows, but from feeling.

  2. Hello! I like the content of your poem. I like the line “given so obvious they are.” I like how its out of order ordering makes the reader think more deeply about what you said. I was thinking how interesting it would be if the poem simply started with the line “Your view of the world.” Just a thought if you were to revise. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Because we weren’t looking perhaps. You know I really like this piece.

  4. Sometimes we see and hear only what we choose to..Great poem, Ben!

  5. Sometimes you cannot see the wood for the trees, until you walk within them.. 🙂
