This afternoon
I came across these fine words
Of Gary Shneider’s

“Your thoughts do not care about you
They only want to perpetuate themselves”

Envy arose as I read them
But I did not allow it
To perpetuate itself

  4. I believe our thoughts guide us, utimately in the “right” direction. And sometimes even thoughts can come from others and not be essentially our own.


    • Everything you say is correct. I think we are looking at different aspects of experience, and from a different viewpoint. A drawback when trying to express the abstract. ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you for expanding your point for me.
