below the surface

what was happening

conditioned to fear these feelings
deny their existence

let us experience life
not knowing
what comes next

in darker episodes
is so much healing

shadow simply the other side
experience contains its opposite
the seed of the shadow

meet it with love

the way we think
we practice a shape
we are not ready to express

a deity with immense power

we find bliss
if we simply continue
experiencing the sensations

the lessons
5. Blackout for Reconditioning

About Ben Naga

The Spirit that graces me with its passing has no name and stems not from thoughts and words, though it gathers them up as it flows, but from feeling.

  5. This is very thoughtful.
I wish I could just let go too, enjoy life, live and not constantly worrying about what comes next.
    Beautifully penned..

  6. What a coincidence, I too have been trying to ‘go with the flow’ so to speak. Putting all my trust in Him. Very difficult for me. When I think of how small I am in the greater scheme of things then I wonder whether an individual can make a difference. But I realise that it is possible if we call pull together.
