The true opposite of love is not hate but fear
So uncover the fear that created the hatred
And, as we all know, fear is the mind killer*

You will never be able to defeat the hate
Unless you can overcome the fear

Hate is like a dandelion
It will always regrow unless
Its root is completely removed

Only then may love, at last
Become a real possibility

* Frank Herbert

About Ben Naga

The Spirit that graces me with its passing has no name and stems not from thoughts and words, though it gathers them up as it flows, but from feeling.

  13. I always presumed its very easy to hate people compared to loving them – very true at times though! I really never thought I’d become a girl who’d ever hate anyone or be hated by anyone for whatever reasons! I believe hatred is what can be referred to as a ‘mistake!’

    Its nicely done! Thanks for sharing.
