The 7×7 Link Award
F.H.Hakansson (of http://fhhakansson.com/) has been generous enough to gift me this award.
Rules to the award:
…..1. Thank the person who gave it to you.
…..2. Share 7 unusual things about yourself.
At one time I worked on a pig farm.
Both my wives have the same Christian name. (Avoids embarrassing mistakes at intimate moments. 😳 )
When remarrying, we took a new surname. My new bride, understandably, did not want a second-hand name.
My parents chose my name because it seemed to be popular among radio broadcasters.
In my teens I sang soprano in a church choir.
I have performed in London’s Albert Hall. So has my father.
I once learnt to pilot a glider.
…..3. Share 7 of your posts. (Most Beautiful, Most Helpful, Most Popular, Most Controversial, ………_Most Surprisingly Successful, Most Underrated, Most Prideworthy.) Sorry, I couldn’t fit ………_ a set of posts into the suggested categories, so I just picked 7 I particularly like.
Song Of An Old Man
…..4. Nominate seven other bloggers and notify them.
Picking 7 poems was not an easy task, but picking which 7 e-logs to hail was even more challenging, especially since quite a few of the obvious choices have already obtained the 7×7 Link Award. But here we go.
I hope there are a few nice surprises here, and no disappiontments.
